What is great about this run is that it so evocative of the 69-70 and 72-73 teams that unselfishly outworked and out-teamed the LA superstar laden squads. Their and the current Knicks' gritty play is so comparable to the city ethos. The NBA loved LA and loves Wemby now. We identify with the little guy fighting Goliath and the system...#LetsGoNYgo

To clarify and expand. Many investors see the S&P committee as a risk manager. I'm not sure that's right.
Indices are designed to provide low-cost access to market opportunity, not eliminate risk. Today's S&P is already highly concentrated.

If SpaceX becomes one of the defining companies of the next decade, exclusion may create more regret risk than inclusion. The committee isn't removing risk—it is choosing which risks investors bear.

Many are giving Kudos to the S&P for not giving easy entry to SpaceX into the S&P. S&P may be wrong here. They think indices are prudent risk managed indices and that index committee trying to be prudent- I think they're mistaken. Indices are simply cheap way to get market opportunity to keep regret syndrome low. S&P already super concentrated not risk managed. S&P committee feeding regret syndrome problem if SpaceX is a success. @elonmusk

There's a lot of Monday-morning coaching analysis after every playoff game. Adjustments matter, but execution matters more. As Bill Parcells put it: "Players win games. Coaches lose them." What has changed in 48 hours? Spurs to shoot better? Knicks also shot poorly. VicWem to play better? KAT and Mitch still will be in front of him. Spurs were tired? After Wednesday's game they got miraculously restored? Knicks haven't lost by double digits since May 22nd which was same day Spurs lost by double digits to a depleted OKC team. But Wednesday Spurs lost by double digits to this NYK team. You are making a long bet. Hope it doesn't work out for you. #LetsGoNYgo

The NBA system has taken to calling him a flopper but the labeling is actually false, Even the analysis of PPG that come from fouls versus the field give JB a much cleaner look than SGA but the moniker sticks nonetheless. The NBA hype squad will likely get different marching orders once JB outplays VicWem. #LetsGoNYgo

Totally, It was great that ESPN and Mike Breen noted that all the media moguls and Silver were there to watch the game. @jakebuuschh What looked like stagnant offense was a ton of cutting that Spurs were keeping pace with and trying to shut off. But by Q4 they were spent and shooting% dropped.
