STOP overthinking and just do it!
• Send that Dm
• Raise those prices
• Pitch that prospect
• Launch that new offer
• Publish that tweet/thread
You'll never be good enough till you act.
So ignore those limiting thoughts and just Do It.
Some days you’d wake up feeling lazy to work.
And trust me…
It’s not because you don’t have a BIG why.
We humans easily run out of motivation.
But then…
If you want to get ahead in life…
You’ve to get yourself to do the work regardless of how you feel.
Everyone gets 24 hours in a day.
Some people:
• Watch tv for hours
• Argue politics and sports
• Mindlessly scroll social media
While others:
• Read books and listen podcasts
• Learn and practice new skills
• Build a personal brand
It’s not about time but priorities.
Anyone can:
• Work out for one day
• Eat healthy for one day
• Publish content for one day
But doing these consistently regardless of how you feel….
Is the one factor that determines if you succeed (or Not).
Today I’m going to embrace boredom for at least 45mins.
• No tv
• No gadgets
• No social media
Just me, my inner man and my thoughts.
What are you doing today?
Good morning.
Waking up at 5am to work on your business is uncomfortable.
Going to the gym even when you don’t feel like it is uncomfortable.
Saying no to late nights and parties to read and study is uncomfortable.
But hey!
You can’t be comfortable
And grow at the same time.
Pick a side!
Showing up daily is hard!
Especially when you're not getting results.
To make it easier...
• Lower the stakes
• Stack small wins
• Gain momentum and scale
If you can't do 100 comments in a day...
Start with 25 and walk your way up.
@shahh On a tough day, prioritize self-care. Pause, breathe, and acknowledge your emotions. Seek support from loved ones, engage in joyful activities, and practice self-compassion. Remember, bad days are temporary, and tomorrow brings a fresh start.
@SylvesterCenter@WrittenByJackie Trust your instincts and pay attention to the signs. It's a personal journey, and clarity will gradually emerge. Embrace the process, keep learning, and remember: what's right for you may not be for others.
@DrivenByMindset The number one habit that sets successful people apart from the rest is relentless persistence. Successful individuals embrace challenges, learn from failures, and keep pushing forward, even in the face of obstacles. Their unwavering determination propels them towards greatness.
