@MattPRD @alexandr_wang I run the Austin AI Film Festival @austinaifilm , a nonprofit. Our Instagram @austinaifilmfest got locked Oct 2 over a "suspected hack" that was a teammate logging in. The recovery flow just loops and nobody at support can be reached. Festival is in 10 days and it’s really causing pain for everyone involved. Can either of you get this in front of someone at Instagram?
