Dear @OYO4U, With regard to my recent bookings with @oyorooms (OYO 70401, Lajpat Nagar II, Delhi) I faced a lot of mismanagement issues at the hotel i.e. constant power cuts, drainage problem,
and lack of cleanliness or sanitization.

As far as I know "customer feedback" is to be submitted by the customer himself/herself and not at all by the Hotel authorities themselves.
