Huge shoutout to @Google and @YouTubeTV! They were the only company to investigate and refund fraudulent charges on my elderly MIL's account in just a couple of days.

-Require companies to verify bank account ownership before linking payments.
-Hold banks accountable for monitoring fraud.
-Reform the 60-day rule—in EU, fraud victims get 13 months to report. Fraud is fraud, and it i a crime.
