Vehicle HR987112 is wrongly mapped to an SBI FASTag issued to another person (Hariom Singh). Because of this my valid Axis FASTag is blocked in NETC and toll plazas show FASTag blacklisted. Issue pending 90 days

Dear @RNTata2000 Ji, @TataMotors, @TataCompanies I am stuck in an extremely pathetic situation due to poor quality of Tata Vehicles. My Tata Safari (2024 Top model) was bought 6 months back, water has ingressd into cabin while driving on normal water logged roads in Gurgaon.

I am fed up this car as it has a history of manufacturing defect (ADAS issue) and would request a new vehicle. If a big SUV like Safari is facing water-ingrees issue, this is simply unacceptable. please help a common man.

@AroraNavee21041 Such a pathetic customer service. @TataMotors @RNTata2000 should give a new vehicle. Going for such conditions in only 6 months is just unacceptable.

Zedex Tata service center and workshop are not helping at all as they themselves hve not experienced such situation before and surprised to see such water ingress. This is a serious defect and not acceptable.
