An honour that humbles, a recognition that deepens my resolve.

Truly blessed to receive the Shasan Shikhar Navyuva Award from Shabdteerth Parivar today, in the divine nishra of Pravachan Shikhar Param Pujya Acharya Shri Mahabodhisurishwarji Maharaja and Param Pujya Shri Tirthpremvijayji Maharaja.

The award was graciously presented to me by Shri Lalit Gandhi, Chairman (Minister of State), JMDFC and National President of the All India Jain Minority Federation (AIJMF).

It is deeply humbling to see my small efforts in the fields of Jain research, Jain music and Jain literature being recognised. Whatever little I have been able to contribute to the preservation and propagation of our glorious Jinshasan is only through the grace of Shasan Dev, the blessings of Gurubhagwants, and the encouragement of those who continue to inspire this journey.

My heartfelt gratitude to Shasan Dev, the revered Gurubhagwants and the entire Shabdteerth Parivar for this affection and recognition. May this honour inspire me to do more, learn more, and serve the Jinshasan with greater sincerity, humility and dedication.

Fresh controversy has erupted at sacred Sammed Shikharji as videos show confrontations between Jain pilgrims and tourists claiming the Jain shrine is a “Parshuram Temple”.

What begins with slogans and competing claims over a sacred site can eventually turn into a physical claim over the shrine itself.
