As I have raised tickets , the customer care called me after 10 - 15 days now , the phone rang for not more than 5 seconds, and they cut the call , till i reached my desk if was not ringing , then they mail me saying i wasnt available

Its been 26 days since i ordered something, flipkart has delayed my order since ,sent it back , I placed an replacement and that also got delayed , have the moral sense to atleast communicate with the consumer @Flipkart @flipkartsupport

Absolutely trash logistics by @flipkartsupport . My order went from delivery on Oct 3 to 19 , despite being at the nearest hub , it showed shipment issues. This is unacceptable , its been 16 days since i placed the order , no customer support too , just a chat bot.
