@DunzoCare I am facing multiple issues with my order. Wrong tip amount and order amounts are shown, wrong address details. Cust rep is neither responding to my chat nor closing it. So m not able to initiate any other chat either. This is 3rd time, very frustrating. Who can help?

If someone is judging me, a friend, based on my income, fitness, and influence, I would cut him off even if I make a cut above him. The guy is not a friend, just a chaatu then!

@tweet2parag @BYJUS I've been thinking about that too. The business will need to pivot - find another unpleasant experience in the education space to change - online or offline. And fix the unit economics (start generating profit per order). That can only make better use of funding received.

@tweet2parag @BYJUS Startups r meant to solve problems, change unpleasant experiences. Going to school was not even a problem to begin with. Maybe during Covid, but not forever. If you build a biz by taking fun away from people, it's bound to fail. To put the fun back, they have to go offline. (2/2)

@tweet2parag @BYJUS Online ed model was never bound to work long-term. It boomed because of Covid which was an exceptional situation. In the non-Covid situations, kids want to go to schools/colleges to learn, to make friends, to play because it's fun. (1/2)

4. Finally, when we got tired, we booked up a doorstep KYC appointment, waiting for someone to show up since the morning, nobody did. Now, when I checked the status, it says "your request was rejected because it did not meet our banking guidelines". 4/n
