I came to Castelo Branco to visit the @Streetgamingpt event, and loved it! Thank you all for bringing back the memories from all the old consoles and computers! 😁 Here’s my Mastodon thread with tons of pictures: https://t.co/9Xzmf6N76I
@Lucyincanada@martynschmoll And also you don’t have an idiot advertising his very tiny dick through the means of an illegally modified car going by every 30 seconds because unlike B.C. they actually crack down on that. I spend an entire month in Portugal and hear one or two of those at most.
@yvrairport needs more gluten-free food options in the domestic terminal. A bit disappointed all restaurants list vegan/vegetarian/low calories foods (all dietary options) and none list allergens and offer safe items on their menus (a dietary *need*).
Belgium installs noise cameras in some of their cities to fight the plague of loud illegally modified mufflers. Et tu, @CityofVancouver? When can we have some real action against these criminals? https://t.co/y4Ot1JYRTb
@CityofVancouver Why is very loud jack hammering happening on the Granville bridge (north end) on a Saturday at 7:45 AM? This is just regular construction, not an emergency, doesn’t seem special permit worthy.
@CityofVancouver I understand you close sunset beach restroom during 4/20. But today is 19th and it’s already closed. This is not acceptable. People need to use the facilities. You could have left an entrance in the fence and close it tomorrow, it would take 2 minutes. 👎

@wrychrd Just close the bloody streets to car traffic. Nothing else works. A speed limit will just be ignored like all speed limits everywhere. The driver didn’t see 4 red lights and other cars slowing down. Why would they see they speedometer? Time to solve the problem for good.
@Lucyincanada I don’t usually go to that area but decided to do the full walk around false creek the other day and that sucked. It adds quite a big detour (and with poor signage) to the route.
Hey @CityofVancouver a crew was vacuuming a manhole on the intersection between Beach Avenue and Hornby St this morning and they left, quite literally, puddles of 💩 on the road and crosswalks. Can this be properly cleaned?
@CityofVancouver (It’s possible it was just dirt mixed with water but… looked quite nasty and since it came from a manhole I’m assuming it’s… not dirt)
@CityofVancouver I won’t have time to call today. I don’t know the answer though. There was a hydrovac truck vacuuming a manhole (sewer I assume) and another truck with a tank. After they were done the place was a mess. I assume this was city ordered work, there’s no construction in the area.
