It’s been a tough week. Lot of positives about owning an smb but finding the right employees when you are growing has to be the toughest challenge. It sucks given the season just started. We had a record sales month in April, 50% up YoY, but we are pausing accepting new customers

Buy or build. Idk the answer for you. It really depends on you and what you like. I have done both and I find the most satisfaction in buying something as it’s a lot easier to grow by figuring out inefficiencies. That dopamine hit is a lot more frequent

@ianncushing Faced this same issue. I reached out to the support team letting them know of the challenge uploading the video (uploads till 99%). A few days later they verified my profile without me having to upload the video again.
