After I finally succeeded from 96xxxx760, I got 2 random starter pack coupons on 98xxx444 — never needed or asked for.
This is stressful, frustrating & shocking service for a brand like Jio. I demand an immediate refund of ₹698 + explanation for this negligence.

✅ No installation fee
Did all this.
But the local agent REFUSED install, saying “no commission by NP” & demand extra charges.
Affordable plan → Unaffordable harassment!
