Hi @TeamYouTube I believe my 2 channels were TERMINATED because an IP/account connection was MISINTERPRETED.

My friend owned and operated his own channel using HIS identity, phone number and IP. Months before his termination, I only helped him upload the FIRST 5 VIDEOS from my IP. I then completely stepped away.

Your logs should show that I had NO UPLOAD ACTIVITY on his channel for over a month before it was terminated.

Here’s the KEY point:

I HAD ACCESS TO HIS CHANNEL.

HE NEVER HAD ACCESS TO MINE.

My channels, Jungle Vision and Cage Snippets, were MY channels. I was the one operating and uploading to them, including after my friend’s termination. He NEVER operated or accessed them.

Both were established YPP channels with 94K+ subscribers, 190M+ views and ZERO STRIKES.

I believe YouTube detected the IP connection correctly, but MISINTERPRETED what it meant.

An IP connection between our accounts does NOT mean my friend was using my channels to circumvent his termination.

If that is the basis for my termination, PLEASE CHECK THE EVIDENCE. Your internal logs can verify the IP history, account access, uploads, verification information and timeline.

I’m NOT asking for special treatment or for YouTube to ignore its Circumvention policy.

I’m asking you to answer one simple question:

WHO WAS ACTUALLY OPERATING MY CHANNELS?

IT WAS ME. NOT THE TERMINATED CHANNEL OWNER.

You may have correctly detected a connection between the accounts, but that connection does not establish that the terminated channel owner ever accessed or operated my channels.

The evidence should show that I was operating my channels , not the terminated channel owner!!!

Please give Jungle Vision and Cage Snippets a FRESH, CASE-SPECIFIC MANUAL REVIEW. I genuinely believe they were terminated in error.

I really hope I can get this kind of outcome too. 🙏 I’ve been asking for a proper re-review of my case for months, and I genuinely believe my 2 channels were terminated by mistake. My case is more complicated, but the principle is the same: please take another careful look at the evidence, timeline and account connections. This is exactly the kind of thing I've been dealing with too. My friend's channel was wrongly terminated for spam despite following every rule, and that termination ended up taking down my own 2 monetized channels through an AI "circumvention" flag - zero real wrongdoing on either side. No mention of the IP evidence. No mention of who actually operated the channels. No answer to the one question I keep asking. Just another closed door.

I'm honestly so disappointed in this system. I can't believe most creators going through this haven't actually done anything wrong - an AI system just decided to flag them, the same way it flagged me, and now we're all stuck facing the exact same situation.

Circumvention, as it's currently applied, might be one of the worst policies out there. It connects you to everyone around you who might have used your IP, your device, your network - through no fault of your own - and can wipe out everything you built.

So many people genuinely live off this income. Once you're terminated, you don't even have the right to show up on the platform again.

My case is genuinely specific. I truly believe if someone actually sat down and looked at everything - not just what the AI flagged - they'd restore both my channels in a minute. I don't think anyone really did that. I think they just saw what the system detected, shrugged, and called it final.

This is how I make my living. Losing that income over a wrongful termination of my friend's channel, and having my own 2 channels terminated for circumvention I never actually committed, feels incredibly unfair to just let disappear without a real explanation.

Still hoping someone real looks at this. 🙏

After a MONTH of contacting YouTube, I finally got a “human review” - only to receive another generic response saying the decision stands.

Your own Circumvention Policy says a TERMINATED creator cannot use, possess, or create other channels to bypass a termination.

I WAS NEVER TERMINATED.

My friend was wrongly terminated even though he did everything by the rules, just like the biggest shorts channels on YouTube. His channel was HIS - his name, phone, email and identity. I never used my channels to bypass his termination, and he never had access to mine.

His termination then led to the termination of my 2 YPP channels: 94K+ subscribers, 190M+ views combined.

If the evidence, ownership, timeline and account history were actually reviewed properly, this should be obvious.

That Circumvention Policy has taken down more innocent creators by mistake than actual rule-breakers who deserved to be terminated.

What else am I supposed to do? @TeamYouTube PLEASE FIX THIS. 🙏

I was creating and uploading my own Roblox gameplay.

I had also applied for the YouTube Partner Program shortly before the termination.

Hi @TeamYouTube , I honestly don’t know how else to reach you at this point. I’m extremely disappointed with the way your system treats creators.

Those of us whose channels were wrongfully terminated by your AI-driven enforcement system deserve an additional, genuinely DETAILED HUMAN REVIEW.

My situation is highly specific. My appeal was rejected, but an automated system cannot properly understand the full context of a complicated case- a human has to look at the evidence, timeline and account history. And we only get ONE appeal.

After that, I tried the Help Community - no one ever addressed my case. I contacted Support through chat, but I still don’t know whether I’m actually getting meaningful human responses because the replies are extremely generic.

Then I finally reached @TeamYouTube on X, and it was the same thing: another policy link without actually addressing the specifics of my case.And honestly, if I were a creator with 100K+ followers already, I feel like my case would have received serious attention a long time ago.

I genuinely don’t know what else I’m supposed to do. If anyone here has any advice on what I can try next, please tell me in the comments.Because honestly, if I believed I had actually done something wrong, I would not be fighting this hard for months to reach YouTube and get my channels back. 🙏 Please fix this!

YouTube terminated my 52K+ channel for IMPERSONATION. 20 days later, they still won’t tell me WHO I supposedly impersonated or WHICH video violated it. And Creator Support gave a completely different reason: SPAM. @TeamYouTube, explain this.

My termination notice and appeal decision both state “Impersonation Policy.” Creator Support, however, told me the channel was terminated for “Spam Policy.”

Which is it?

I have never impersonated anyone, claimed to represent another creator, scientist, channel, or entity, or knowingly copied another channel’s identity or branding. I created my channel name myself.

There is also important context that needs to be investigated.

On July 28, my channel suddenly received 40+ privacy complaints against 41 unrelated videos within roughly 3 days. 31 videos were removed. I appealed multiple removals and contacted YouTube Support and Legal, but never received a clear, case-specific explanation.

On August 14, my entire channel was terminated for Impersonation.

I appealed and was rejected. After contacting Creator Support, I was first told “Spam.” After escalation, I was told an internal team had confirmed “Impersonation.”

I repeatedly asked one simple question:

Who did I impersonate? What video? What branding? What specific conduct?

No answer.

I submitted another official appeal for specialized review. That was also rejected for Impersonation. Yet I still have not been told what specific person, channel, branding, video, or conduct supposedly constituted impersonation.

My content is based on legitimate public interviews, lectures and podcasts. I transform the source material through extensive editing, including captions, music, audio work, color grading, transitions, overlays, graphics, reframing, B-roll, face tracking, pacing adjustments and 9:16/1:1 compositions. Sources and speakers are credited.

I have never used AI to make a scientist’s face, voice, identity, endorsement or likeness appear to represent or authorize my channel.

The purpose is educational and transformative, not impersonation.

This matter is now pending before GAC in India and has also been brought to https://t.co/r53UgwlhzR.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for accountability and a genuine HUMAN review based on the actual channel and evidence, not another generic response.

If YouTube believes I violated its Impersonation Policy, identify the actual basis for that decision.

🚨 A verified creator lost everything just hours later.

This is the case of @SMBGT — and @NealMohan should take a serious look at it.

According to the creator, he started building his channel in 2021, reached 100,000+ subscribers, created Original Transformed Shorts, and spent years building his community.

Then @YouTube officially gave him a Verification Badge. But according to his account, just around 3 hours later, his channel was terminated for “Spam/Scam.”

He says his appeal was rejected within around 2 hours, without receiving a proper Human/Manual Review.

This is bigger than one creator. When an automated system can affect years of a creator’s work, creators deserve a genuine opportunity for a real person to review the case, evidence, and explanation.

@TeamYouTube should investigate this case properly, while @YouTubeCreators should listen to the concerns creators are raising.

And @NealMohan — creators are asking a simple question: Will AI make the decision, or will a real human finally review the creator’s case?

@FTC, the concerns creators are raising about automated enforcement and meaningful human review also deserve attention.

We are not asking for special treatment.

This is exactly what so many creators are experiencing right now. I’m going through the same thing.

My 2 YPP channels - 94K+ subscribers and 190M+ views combined - were terminated for “Circumvention” after YouTube linked me to my friend’s channel, which I believe was wrongfully terminated in the first place.

My friend and I are two completely different people. His channel was his own, and the only connection was that I helped him upload some videos when he was starting out. Yet that connection was apparently enough for YouTube to terminate my completely separate channels.

I’ve spent over a month appealing, contacting Support, posting on the Help Community and reaching out on X. I keep receiving generic responses saying the case was reviewed and the decision is final, but nobody has given me a clear explanation of what I actually did to circumvent anything.

We’re not asking for special treatment. We’re asking for someone to actually look at the evidence, the timeline and the specific circumstances of each case.
