The ICC now has only two paths before it: either it will demand that ICC states immediately take action individually and collectively to execute the warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant, issue the additional warrants for other senior Israeli perpetrators, add the additional charge of genocide, and act under Art. 70 to punish US/UK/Israeli actors that have obstructed justice, or the Court will fizzle out like a damp wick and cease to exist. Yes, it will take courage. But no other course will now salvage the Court’s legitimacy. The US-Israel Axis wants them to fall. Will the ICC stand and fight or walk silently to the gallows? There are no other choices. And it’s now or never.

⭕️ Immigration Judge Ruled a Man’s Pro-Palestine Views Mean Nothing He Says Can Be Believed

Yaakub Vijandre, a 38-year-old Filipino-American photojournalist and DACA recipient, has been held in ICE detention for nine months over pro-Palestine social media posts and posts opposing U.S. torture of prisoners, according to a member of his legal team attorney Eric Lee. Vijandre came to the U.S. in 2001 at age 14 and has no criminal record, but was arrested outside his Texas home in October 2025, a day after he filmed a city council meeting on the ICE detention of a local Palestinian community leader.

In denying him relief in March 2026, an immigration judge ruled that his politics rendered his testimony unreliable, writing that “the respondent’s worldview is informed by extremist ideology to such an extent that he no longer has the ability to provide reliable or credible factual statements,” and that he lacks a “meaningful grasp of truth about terrorism and terrorists.”

🚨URGENT: Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya’s life is in immediate danger, Physicians for Human Rights Israel and his lawyer warned Saturday, after a prison visit revealed the director of Kamal Adwan Hospital bearing fresh, severe injuries to his head, eyes, ears, and neck, so disfigured his own attorney initially struggled to recognize him.

🔹Attorney Nasser Odeh, who saw Abu Safiya Thursday at the underground Rakefet interrogation facility in Nitzan Prison, said he arrived shackled hand and foot, escorted by masked guards, struggling to breathe and speak, unable to sit upright, and repeatedly on the verge of losing consciousness.

🔹Abu Safiya told him that after his Supreme Court appeal was heard June 10, four or five guards entered his solitary cell at Ganot Prison and beat him with a hammer and batons, and that since his June 24 transfer to Rakefet he has been beaten daily, losing consciousness several times without receiving medical treatment.

🔹“This is the last time you will see me,” he told his lawyer. “They brought me here to kill me. I don’t see myself surviving. This is the end.”

🔹PHRI notes the escalation in torture began directly after Abu Safiya challenged his detention in court. He has been held without charge since December 27, 2024, under Israel’s Unlawful Combatants Law.

🔹The group has appealed to Israel’s attorney general and prison service demanding his immediate transfer, an independent medical examination, and an urgent judicial visit “before it is too late.”
