So excited to say Mrs. Thompson loved the first project. She said it was great to come back to after the NAEA conference in Boston. She was so proud she displayed the work! Congrats students I couldn't have done it without you!
Drawing is an effective way to boost memory, a new study finds. When students drew concepts, their recall was twice as good compared to when they took notes. https://t.co/9nOgfs5QnO
Got some of my students first projects back today! They are looking so great! The lesson was over color schemes and learning to work in groups! Group work in art? I know, crazy!
Pop Art Food Wrapper oil pastel drawings created by 8th graders! Students photographed & cropped wrappers, enlarged their images using grids, then added oil pastels to help bring these to life. So excited by these! #arted#arteducation#artsed#k12artchat#sbpdchat#connectXRDS
