How to be a lady and a good wife/mom. Unfortunately, society told me I needed to be a “boss lady” and didn’t need a man. Fortunately, I realized that feminism was a lie and I learned what God’s purpose is for women. Basically, what my mom taught me in the beginning. Sadly, I embraced this when it was too late to have children 🙁
@ImrahilWaiting@MiddleearthMixr Thank you. We have tickets for this Friday, but after seeing this AI slop, I might have to reconsider. I hope this isn’t what it actually looks like 😬
Thank you for posting the original. I remember being a young kid in smalltown Missouri and hearing this regularly on the radio. So glad I was encouraged to love my country at a young age. My “black” family is full of veterans and extremely patriotic. Hard workers and don’t take anything for granted 🇺🇸
@MrsDrPublius Excellent reminder. It’s so tempting to rejoice in the downfall of people we oppose. Focusing on God instead is the only response. And praying for those that don’t know (or flat out reject) God.
If you feel she’s “forcing” you to “change” to show up with the basic principals of a good husband, then I’m afraid you might be the problem. It sounds like she has standards and that’s a good thing. IMO, men that don’t value women (mom issues) or shy from responsibility (arrested development) take issue with this. They’ll be serial daters (or online gamers) and wonder why they can’t find a high-value woman. Sadly, these are also the guys that keep the porn industry in business.
Great summary! It’s nice to see it pointed out like this to truly understand our role/value in marriage and the household overall. It also gives us clear instruction on what God envisioned a woman to become and what we should all strive to live by. At least, that’s my takeaway. Thank you.
