Levels of success correlate with how much stress you can handle.
In trading, your stress is your risk.
As you progress through the years, your stress tolerance increases alongside with how much you earn each trade.
The despair someone that’s new would feel losing a few grand gives them a next to none chance of bouncing back - on the contrary the euphoria of them making $10,000 leaves them in an unrealistic mindset.
The more experience someone has, the more stress they can handle & the new trader’s “nightmare” is just an experienced trader’s normal.
Everyone has their own risk tolerance they grow accustomed to.
With time everything will happen.
Don’t compare yourself to others…
7 years ago I saw people on the internet claiming to make millions trading… I was at rock bottom so figured I’d try.
Lost everything in the process — made it all back x1000 in the end.
Now I know without a doubt that if someone else can do it, you can too.
Trading is the hardest skill in the world.
Not because of the charts…
But because it forces you to master yourself.
Discipline. Patience. Emotional control.
Most people can’t handle it.
Do you agree?
Understanding time and being able to foresee where tech is heading makes investing seem second nature — as effortless as breathing.
After acquiring this understanding, you will only need capital, patience, and the discipline to act on your convictions.
With Quarterly Theory, some trades are so high probability that they seem like certainties.
Every time I watch these plays unfold, I’m amazed by my own work.
But still… I must get better.
80% is Understanding where Price is Going
15% is Getting into the Move (Entry)
5% is Managing the Trade (Psychology)
Yet the final 20% is where everyone blows it…
New Quarter, New Opportunities.
This is your final chance this year to recover drawdown, fix mistakes, and finally start following your rules.
Don’t mess it up this time; believe in yourself.
Ever wondered how ICT got the times of his killzones?
18.00 - 00.00 (Asian Session) 6hrs*
00.00 - 06.00 (London Session) 6hrs*
06.00 - 12.00 (NY Session) 6hrs*
12.00 - 18.00 (PM Session) 6hrs*
24hrs added together.
Now... if you divide 6hrs by 4 you'll get 90mins.
Q1: 18.00 - 19.30 | Q2: 19.30 - 21.00 | Q3: 21.00 - 22.30 | Q4: 22.30 - 00.00 (90min Cycles of the Asian Session)
Q1: 00.00 - 01.30 | Q2: 01.30 - 03.00 | Q3: 03.00 - 04.30 | Q4: 04.30 - 06.00 (90min Cycles of the London Session)
Q1: 06.00 - 07.30 | Q2: 07.30 - 09.00 | Q3: 09.00 - 10.30 | Q4: 10.30 - 12.00 (90min Cycles of the NY Session)
Q1: 12.00 - 13.30 | Q2: 13.30 - 15.00 | Q3: 15.00 - 16.30 | Q4: 16.30 - 18.00 (90min Cycles of the PM Session)
Do you see the sequence? Q2 - Q3 are where the killzones are for every 90min cycle.
Why? Q2 is mainly used for manipulation, Q3 is mainly used for distribution.
There’s a reason why very few people make it in the entrepreneurial path.
Not everyday do you feel like working.
Not everyday do you feel like staying disciplined.
Not everyday is it easy knowing you’re the only person to lean on when it gets difficult…
You must not quit.
