@AvidCommentator The Dutch lead the way with recording data based on country of origin. Their long term data on serious crime (rape / murder) incidence based on origin vs native population is frightening. Circa 10x for the worst nations
@AvidCommentator I also note that the higher the debt level, the more dramatic the response to IR changes. Monetary policy has traditionally been a blunt and slow tool. Good luck RBA if we end up no longer turning an aircraft carrier, but instead an F1 car with immediate, large amplitude effects
@Spec_punter Wait, what?
Your power lies in the monopoly you hold . You plan on giving your adversary time to decrease the power of your monopoly by giving them time to construct
@justthink1 Bit I don’t get is that someone signs their name to a report saying this is fine. Whoever pays for it, a case like this seems to be easily proven fraudulent. Is inspecting like real estate? A weekend course and if you are called on it, disappear and your brother takes over
@AvidCommentator Then imagine the secondary effect on that business’s profitability if all of their customers only spent 20% of their income on housing.
@AvidCommentator How many more productive businesses would be founded if those with the idea and inclination were not prohibited by their mega-mortgage?
@AvidCommentator 35 years ago it was like this, so it must be the same now……. I’m sure recent Police graduates feel similarly blessed and will be purchasing in a year or so.
@AvidCommentator Just the start. I expect a European country to elect someone much more surprising in the next two years. Average Joe isn’t happy and the traditional parties continue to focus on things he discounts. Ultranationalism hasn’t been great for humanity but here we go again.
@TicTocTick Love it - they won’t let you reply on the post unless they follow you. Sounds fair and equitable for all. As was flagged by RFK Jr, how many time in history have those who censure free speech turned out to be the “good guys”
