Strategists need a straight up 20% healing reduction. Rivals is in the most unplayable state it has ever been. You get 5 bans in scrims banning tanks and supports, but you will still end up on triple tank / triple supp. The sheer healing output makes playing 2 DPS impossible. Last patch was already bad, but with the new Teamups and Hood the problem is 10x worse.
