My new series, Rick Stein’s Food Stories, starts on BBC Two tomorrow night at 6.30pm. It follows my journey around around Britain and Northern Ireland trying to get a handle on what is British cuisine today.
I am overjoyed that my paper "Acting on reasons: Synchronic executive control" is published today with the European Journal of Philosophy. It is probably my most personal paper.
