Searching for a paper about cosmology, theism, and indeterminism. I read a paper some years ago, but I can't remember its name. It was about how God created the universe with randomness/probabilities to allow people to be free. If God created a deterministic universe, God 1/

would determine how people would act. But he created an indeterministic universe to allow life to be created by chance. If there is chance in the universe, nobody decides how exactly things will occur. 2/3
