@CesarHenriqueL7 @IHPBA @BatistaTP I believe the top of biliary convergence is <1cm (bismuth II) away of the tumour. In order to achieve radial margin hepatectomy seems necessary. Caudate lobe resection is warranted for similar reason. Even in bismuth I nagino and nimura advocate for hepática resection.
