@Chris73ai Same mechanism, shorter clock. Agent A’s work doesn’t exist until it’s written to the store (ledger, report file).

Agent B never references A, it reads current state. One writer per store, provenance fields on every write, so B can trust what it found. No handoffs.

Memory, 4 layers: working (dies per run), procedural (skills as files), long term (nightly consolidation, points at canon docs), record (state machine)

Cross-agent state: no shared memory. Canonical docs + report files, one writer per store, idempotent.
