@AJIOLife Haven't had such pathetic service experience in my whole life! I placed an exchange order on the 19th Sep. A delivery guy called me a few days later, I was not at home, asked him to attempt delivery later, which never happened.

After insisting that he should check the details as I was told about order being returned to warehouse just minutes back, he finally asked me about order ID and then told me that I was right and this order was marked RTO.

I get pissed, disconnect, and go to the Ajio app to create a return request and it shows to me that a delivery attempt will be made in next 24 hours. Confused, I called them again to ask about this.

What happened next was a nightmare of sorts. This person tells me my exchange order has been returned to warehouse and I will have to again create a return or exchange request.

I called customer care 3 days back asking about this and was assured that I will get the delivery in next 2 days. I waited...Yesterday I again get the failed delivery message, so today I called the customer care to ask about this.

Everyday after that I get an automated call from Ajio apologising for failed delivery and confirming if delivery was attempted. Even though I kept informing that no delivery attempt was made, no action was taken.
