Re-wrote the finite-state machine (#FSM) of Guile-ICS (#RFC5545 parser) with @guilelang state machine compiler (Guile-SMC) so the FSM has become more organized and manageable.

Just released Guile-DSV (https://t.co/RqNJ0KTzzh) version 0.5.0. Now it supports outputting DSV data to Emacs org-mode table format. Also "dsv" tool allows to use the 1st row of input data as the table header.
