HHS Sec. Kennedy announced the decision to rescind the Emergency Use Authorization for COVID-19 shots. By removing the EUA, the government’s ability to mandate these injections is gone.

Per the announcement, these shots remain available under FDA marketing authorization. But EUA was never meant to be permanent, and its removal is long overdue.

Parents: remember these products are still issued for kids—Moderna (6+ months), Pfizer (5+), and Novavax (12+). They are OPTIONAL on the pediatric poisoning schedule. Do not choose them. The risks are real. These shots can harm, and in too many cases, they can be fatal.

Kennedy pledged to:
