सरकारें किसान विरोधी होती जा रहीं है,

ज़रा वहा भी ध्यान दीजिए।
डुप्लीकेट R.C. निकलवाने के लिए खुद से जाओ बोलते है कि जिसकी गाड़ी है वो खुद आये। जबकि ऐसा कोई प्रावधान नही है, जब RC घर पर कूरियर होनी है तो कायदे से जो चाहे वो आवेदन कर सकता है मिलेगी मालिक को उसके पते पर।
