A group of retired All India Service Officers such as IAS, IPS, IFS and IRS strongly believe in Constitution of Bharat and concerned about unity and integrity of Bharat.
It has come to the notice, upon the results of the recent Rajya Sabha Elections by the Election Commission of India @ECISVEEP declaring Sri Syed Naseer Hussain to have been elected to Parliament from the State of Karnataka, some of the chosen supports of Sri Syed Naseer Hussain, openly proclaimed ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogans in celebration after he won the Rajya Sabha elections inside the #VidhanaSoudha Hall, a sacred temple of Democracy, which is a protected area. All supporters who accompanied Sri Syed Naseer Hussain to celebrate his election victory inside the protected area of the State Legislature Building Vidhana Soudha, had entered the building through his recommendation and knowledge.

A Suo moto police complaint has been registered by the Vidhana Soudha Police in Crime No.20/2024 and three supporters of Sri Syed Naseer Hussain have been arrested by the Police and their investigation is in progress.

Prima facie it is clear that Sri Syed Naseer Hussain is directly involved in this anti national slogans and liable for prosecution
