TN gives the e-pass. The driver gets cold feet. So now one has to apply for a fresh pass. Why not give the permit to the person who wants to travel and let him do so. The vehicle and the driver can be given a pass at the check point. Simplify . @CMOTamilNadu @chennaipolice_
