My Xfinity phone at home does not work for past 3 months. Tried support through chat, phone and they just reset the modem and then disappear and will not allow me to move to next step of saying it still did not fix it. Now trying through the Comcast tweet @comcastcares

Incoming calls do not go through. I get ringing but when I pick up, it goes blank. I am however able to get dial tone and make outgoing calls.
