@ATT 1.5 hours w/ phone agent on 3/11 b/c lost @hbomax. Chat agent didn't disclose the hotspot plan needed b/c no Internet for 5 days from ice storm in ATX meant sub was gone! 😣 I asked 5x if diff and he lied! Worse, after change hotspot didn't work due to bad coverage! Help?
