NHAI is not having enough tech,tools to track and stop these frauds. And complaints closed without any action. Do they even not able to check CCTVs

After so many complaints, repeated toll deductions though Car is not running and standing in my parking BUT Today again toll deducted and no action on last complaint or even no tracking sytems with NHAI to mitigate these frauds
