1. Doctors like us who are core prescribers of GLP1 based therapies for diabetes and obesity. Right patient selection is the key. These drugs are not for everyone. Detailed discussion, regular follow ups and guidance required.

2. Dietitians: Need for customised dietary guidance, appropriate protein intake, fibre, hydration. Regular changes needed as per the dose,weight and side effects.

3. Physiotherapists/ Fitness trainers: Patients losing weight need strength training (prevent sarcopenia) and gradual mobility improvement. There will be more demand for medically supervised fitness.

4. Gastroenterologist: Most of the side effects are related to this speciality. Though most are not serious and prescribing doctors will be able to manage, still some patients will require help.

5. Plastic surgeons: May be after 2-3 years, with significant weight loss, some patients will require procedures for loose skin removal.

Starting a war is easy.
Ending it meaningfully and quickly is very difficult.

As India's Airforce chief declared.. the world needs to learn from india on HOW TO END WARS!!

Let me elaborate by taking the 2025 Operation Sindoor example.

Pakistan sponsored terrorists had killed two dozen Hindu tourists in Kashmir valley, after checking their religious identity. This was done very clearly to divide Hindus and Muslims in India and take advantage of fault lines.

But India's PM Narendra Modi handled things well locally and authorised the armed forces to teach Pakistan a big lesson.

India struck Pakistan on 7th May 2025 precisely. So precise that every before and after satellite image with locations were shared. Hundreds of terrorists across Pakistan, and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir were killed. See the first map below from Firstpost. In less than 30 minutes, India completed the anti terror bombing and declared that we don't have any plans to escalate.

But as expected Pakistan felt humiliated. Decades of investment into building an international terror ecosystem was mostly wiped out. Ego was hurt. So Asim Munir launched an attack on the Indian military, civilians and infrastructure. India responded. An undeclared war broke out. Both sides claimed big damage to the other side, which is expected during war situations. Pakistan even had a parade later with their side of claims.

But keep in mind some key points - Pakistan has nuclear weapons. Pakistan uses F 16 fighter jets given by nuclear power America. Pakistan has air defences and jets provided by nuclear powered China. Pakistan has drones and equipment provided by Turkey and Netherlands, both NATO countries. So this was not any ordinary challenge for India. No country on the planet has bombed air bases, hills supposedly holding nuclear material and other military targets of a nuclear armed country, in the history!

India had a huge challenge. But it went ahead. After Pakistan sent 1000 drones and missiles towards 36+ targets in India across 1500+ km on India's western borders, India hit on May 10th early in the morning. Nearly a dozen air bases and critical hangers/infrastructures of Pakistan bombed. The world's longest-recorded surface-to-air missile kill, downing a Pakistani AEW&C aircraft from over 300 km away was accomplished. These were risky and very challenging for anyone! Even Russia or the US have never targeted a nuclear armed country this way. See the map from Bharat Shakti showing military targets hit in Pakistan.

Then came the perfect ending. Pakistan had been hurt beyond words. They were speaking loudly outside, but deeply damaged inside. They used America, Arabs and other options to ask for ceasefire. Donald Trump later claimed credit for "do trade and not war" ceasefire.

But India knew why Pakistan directly called and asked for ceasefire. Imagine.. Pakistan is on backfoot. India has massive advantage. Modi could have ordered further escalation and captured some parts of Pakistan Occupied Jammu Kashmir. Or extracted more pounds of flesh.

But India immediately agreed. They said Operation Sindoor is paused. Not an end, but we are watching you message.

In just 3 days, India achieved two key objectives. Destroy the terror camps in a country which once hosted Osama bin Laden. Secondly show Pakistan that every launchpad for nuclear weapons were well within India's aim.

That is it. Many in India said Modi "surrendered". Political jibes were there. Even Modi's supporters were saying.. we should have done more when we had the advantage.

But Indian armed forces and government knew how to END a war! Though an undeclared war. Well before it engulfs a wider region and becomes unmanageable.

That's what Putin has to learn from Modi. That's what Trump or Netanyahu have to learn from Modi.

Because anyone can start a war. But ending quickly after accomplishing the objectives, is a rare skill. And Modi has proven that he has that!

1-Queries I write in Stock Screener
Market Cap > 5000 Cr, Promotors Share Holding > 70%, Revenue Growing > 20%, Operating Profit Margin > 25%, Price to sales < 3, ROCE > 20%, FII Shareholding > 3.5% and EPS positive and > 10% YoY growth in EPS, Face Value 10, Cash Conversion (Days Sales Outstanding) < 50-60 days, Operating cash flow positive and growing.
2-Sector Screening- I separate stocks in 2 categories Sunrise sector and other sectors.
3-I make a list of High Growth and High Margin (OPM and NPM) stocks of both types of sectors
4-I go to company's website to study business of those stocks.
5-After reading company's business and products, I check how much they export and how much Thye sell in local market.
