@USAndIndia While booking it asked to input my credentials multiple times and now my account got locked for 72 hours. Is there any way that you guys can help me in providing an exception for unlocking the account as this has occurred due to the load which made the site crashed multiple times

@USAndIndia We've been refreshing every hour and it still is stuck at server maintenance. Mumbai students weren't even able to see the slots, whilst Delhi students were able to book some. Please do guide on how to proceed, as the refreshes aren't changing the maintenance status.

@USAndIndia Can you lift the 72 hour lock on the accounts as many of us got our accounts locked by just hitting refresh a couple times and some of us got locked out for just logging in , we’ve been waiting for appointments for months now, request to reduce the lock duration or unlock it

@USAndIndia Please advice, my account has been locked for 72 hours for refreshing, is there a way to unlock it. There was no suspicious activity behind it. I was simply trying to connect back to the servers and complete my booking. Please advice? Thanks

Some are able to book slots through consecutive refreshes clicks, but Many of our accounts have been locked because of trying this. Request you to take an immediate action, atleast ensure nobody is able to book the slot if your website is under maintenance

@Uber_Support yesterday i took a ride and i paid it in cash. But it is not updated in the system. There is no help to support this scenario. I couldn't contact the driver or there is no support available in the app to handle this issue. How can i register my issue ???

@help_delhivery 3008157720175 this is my order number. Your delivery guy gave me a missed call. It was a missed call because he was faster than me to cut it. Then i get a msg that you're unreachable. This happened yesterday and today. I have texted and called him. No response.
