It's been nearly 2 weeks, CI @MadgulPS has not registered FIR on Gosula Venkatesh on our complaint. When our family is following up for action, CI @MadgulPS is disconnecting calls, and by mistake when he is lifting the call, hanging it up ubruptly. Elderly people of our family are made to run around police stations, please see their plight on the recorded video message.@India_NHRC pls take strict action on CI @MadgulPS and also others responsible for this situation

On 20 Mar ’26, we approached @MadgulPS and pleaded for an FIR against Gosula Venkatesh for an attempt on our lives.
Out of fear, we were compelled to stream our presence live on Facebook.

Despite this, No FIR registered till date. CI @MadgulPS is not responding to calls

This continued inaction raises serious concern about citizen safety and fairness of process.

SHO told us and asked to leave police station on 20th March 2026 post spot verification @ 7pm, case will be register and FIR will be done.

@MadgulPS we went to our village to clean our home and while returning to Hyderabad , gosula venkatesh, one of the main alleged hooligan, tried to ram into our car. He chased us for half a km and stopped as we tried to take a video.

All these acts are results of your callousness. It's a life threat. It's donor die for our family now. We are coming to you station. We will not leave till you arrest gosula venkatesh and take action on him.

We genuinely appreciate your efforts in public service. At the same time, we are reaching out to seek your urgent attention to a matter of serious concern that has remained unresolved in your jurisdiction for over 4–5 years.

On this Republic Day, we are Restarting the Conversation. Reasserting Our Faith in Justice.
Please find enclosed document detailing timeline of facts, not emotions.

Over the years, we have made repeated representations to the authorities, believing that facts, patience, and due process would lead to resolution. Instead, what we have witnessed is a gradual deterioration of law, order, and trust.

A village of barely 500 people, where initially 10 miscreants disrupted peace, has now seen that number grow to 40–50.

A) The Police Department, despite repeated complaints, appears unable or unwilling to contain this steady breakdown.

B) The Revenue Department, mandated to investigate facts and issue directions, continues to remain silent.

C) The Collectorate, expected to coordinate and enforce accountability, has not acted even after court directives calling for implementation.

This raises uncomfortable but unavoidable questions:

1) Is administrative inertia being driven by local political pressure?

2) Is petty politics outweighing justice and governance?

3) Where does a common citizen go when institutions meant to protect them fall silent?

4) We have chosen the path of law and judiciary, not agitation or chaos.

5) Yet today:
Our self-esteem is questioned
Our livelihood is disrupted
Our faith is tested

How many more years must ordinary citizens wait to receive justice already ordered?

How long can silence be justified as procedure?

This is not just our story, it reflects a deeper concern about institutional accountability and the lived reality of people who still believe that the system will eventually stand up for what is right.

We raise this voice again with hope:
Hope that those entrusted with authority will listen, act, and restore faith.

Because justice delayed, indefinitely and repeatedly, begins to feel like justice denied.
