It's been nearly 2 weeks, CI @MadgulPS has not registered FIR on Gosula Venkatesh on our complaint. When our family is following up for action, CI @MadgulPS is disconnecting calls, and by mistake when he is lifting the call, hanging it up ubruptly. Elderly people of our family are made to run around police stations, please see their plight on the recorded video message.@India_NHRC pls take strict action on CI @MadgulPS and also others responsible for this situation

Instead of acting on our complaint of life threat from Gosula Venkatesh, we were shocked to see the CI @MadgulPS interacting in a manner that appeared supportive of him when we reached the Police Station (PS).

Despite spending the entire day at @MadgulPS, no FIR was registered, even with prior history in our case.

We were asked to leave the PS with assurance of “action,” and warned of a nuisance case if we did not comply including against elderly family members.

On follow-up, we were informed that “legal opinion” is being sought for FIR, though the urgency of the situation remains.
Requesting immediate and fair action.

It only proves that evey department starting with police to revenue and politicians are involved in land grabbing and using some villagers as goondas.

Very bad to see to our own constituency MLA is behind all this. How greedy can people be?
