I nd my wife r travelling to Byndoor from Aluva on Okha Exp. (16338). Train is so overcrowded with unresrvd passengers that we cldnt even sit on our seats. No tt or rlwypolice is for help. Pls do the needfull. Pnr no is 4914222778. @RailMinIndia @GMSRailway

@RailMinIndia @GMSRailway I and my wife are travelling frm Aluva to Byndoor on Okha express.(16338). The reservation compt is so over crowded by unrsvd passengers that we couldn't even sit on our seats.This is in S11 coach. No tt or railway police is for help
