This is ugly beyond belief. And this was Mumbai, India. In a half-sane country, the VIP and the policemen would face the firing squad.

On this Kerala Piravi, #Kerala will be declared as the first state in India without extreme poverty. This fulfills the very first decision the GoK made in 2021. Instead of a one-size-fits-all policy, the govt identified 64,006 vulnerable families and created specific micro-plans for each one's unique needs.

Today, with an investment of over ₹1000 crore, the Government has ensured:

- Food: 20,648 families facing hunger now have daily food, including 2,210 receiving hot meals.

- Health: 85,721 individuals receive necessary treatment & medicine.

- Housing: 5,400+ new homes are built/building, 5,522 homes repaired, & 2,713 landless families received land to build their homes.

- Dignity: 21,263 people received essential documents (Ration cards, Aadhaar, pensions) for the first time.

- Income: 4,394 families are supported with livelihood projects.

This was a massive joint effort by LSGs, Kudumbashree, & various govt depts. This is the Kerala Model of social justice, equity, and compassionate governance in action. Building #NavaKeralam means leaving no one behind.

The Indian government has issued executive orders requiring X to act on specific accounts and posts, subject to potential penalties including significant fines and imprisonment.

In compliance with the orders, we will withhold these accounts and posts in India alone; however, we disagree with these actions and maintain that freedom of expression should extend to these posts.

Consistent with our position, a writ appeal challenging the Indian government's blocking orders remains pending. We have also provided the impacted users with notice of these actions in accordance with our policies.

Due to legal restrictions, we are unable to publish the executive orders, but we believe that making them public is essential for transparency. This lack of disclosure can lead to a lack of accountability and arbitrary decision-making.

Three out of Edith Lemay and Sebastien Pelletier's four children have a rare genetic condition that causes a loss or decline in vision over time. So the Canadian family is traveling the world now to store up "visual memories" for later. https://t.co/RGfNQiVOpO

Deepest-ever view of the cosmos from @NASAWebb. The spiked objects are local stars in our own Galaxy. ignore them. Everything else is an entire galaxy. Many distort into arcs, revealing spacetime curvature from the gravity of a galaxy cluster in the image's center.

This man is a human Segway, with a built in gyroscope in his body! Incredible sense of balance. What pains me, however, is that there are so many like him in our country who could be talented gymnasts/sportspersons but simply don’t get spotted or trained…

India under Modi is facing multiple crises. Now global factors have taken over. We are in for very bad days with a govt which has no idea of what to do. The collapse of the stock and rupee markets today is only a beginning. Fasten your seat belts.
