Delhi is much beyond Karol Bagh i say. Finding faults in the city is much more easy than actually taking the responsibility to solve issues.

@me_BJN @ArvindKejriwal Hating Delhi is not going to solve any common mans problem. For electricity i think you have submeters which charge more so you can ask your landlord to apply for govt meters which will charge govt approved bills. water is a general problem because of large no. Of population.
