@Vik_deshpandeMD Formalin artifact? Looks non specific since it is in the cells, in the lamina propria and surface epithelium. Some bleeding there as well that goes with formalin artifact i think

@DrMarkOng Those perimuscular lymphoid infiltrates are very typically seen in intervall appendicitis as far as i know.
The lack of relevant clinical history does not exclude this possibility. This is resolving/intervall appendicitis (>7-10 days duration) imo
