When an IIT Bombay professor upholding exam integrity catches a student using ChatGPT or cheating 𝗛𝗘 should not be targeted with an FIR and a criminal probe!

Every student's life is deeply precious & one feels so bad the young student committed suicide & lost his life. IIT BOMBAY must ensure counseling. Our education system & institutions must prioritize mental & emotional health support for all children.

Prior to this case very unfortunate suicide, two other students at IIT BOMBAY also committed suicide & hence IIT BOMBAY needs to introspect within & urgently reform.

However framing honest teachers for enforcing rules sets a dangerous precedent as it kills meritocracy and fuels brain drain.

इस वीडियो को देखे, जिसमे गोल्डन दास खुले तौर पर कह रहा है कि अगर एक सप्ताह के अंदर अजीत भारती की गिरफ्तारी नहीं हुई, तो आठवें दिन बहुजन समाज के लोग संतोष सिंह की तरह कार्रवाई करेंगे।

एक तरफ संविधान और कानून की दुहाई दे रहा है, दूसरी तरफ खुलेआम गुंडे वाली भाषा और सिवान के संतोष सिंह का उदाहरण दे रहा है, जिनके साथ क़ानून को हाथ मे लेकर मारपीट और उन्हें सार्वजनिक रूप से अपमानित किए जाने की वीडियो वायरल हुई थी।जिसका मतलब हिंसा की धमकी के तौर पर स्पष्ट समझा जा सकता है संतोष सिंह के का उदाहरण देकर किसी को धमकाना बेहद गंभीर विषय है।

अजीत भारती जी का कल दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में जमानत हेतु सुनवाई होनी है। अगर उनको कोर्ट से न्याय मिल जाता है, जमानत मिलती है या बरी हो जाते हैं या FIR निरस्त हो जा जाता है, तो ये कानून अपने हाथ में लेगा।

सवाल बिहार सरकार और बिहार पुलिस से है, अगर कोई व्यक्ति सार्वजनिक रूप से ऐसी धमकी देता है तो उस पर स्वतः संज्ञान लेकर कानून के अनुसार कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं की जा रही है? किसी को भी यह अधिकार नहीं है कि वह संविधान और न्याय व्यवस्था का नाम लेकर खुद कानून हाथ में लेने की धमकी दे।
