@PMOIndia Happy Birthy day Sir I pay huge tax per month but I do not get any facility from the govt . Of India like Insurance Medical safety ,Footpaths ,Roads ,Safety , Quality of food etc etc … then why I should keep suffering when you can not provide us the basic facilities.

Ever since @DGCAIndia has implemented zero tolerance Nil Alcohol levels in preflight testing of Flight and cabin crew it’s no secret that a number of crew have switched to marijuana( cannabis) which is inceasing being legalized the world over: and testing for which is random.

It’s imperative that all Crews( Flt& Cabin) be tested for psychoactive drugs as a one time exercise immediately:

:And like in Canada a rule changed be introduced that “No crew member should have taken any psychoactive drug at least 1 month before any flight duty”

The EAFR DOES NOT MONITOR THE FUEL CONTROL SWITCH POSITION IT MONITORS THE SOLENOIDS CUT OFF RUN POSITION IN THE THROTTLE CONTROL BOX (TCB) behind F/O’s seat

The Fuel control switch makes a distinct sound when moved. Was this captured by the CVR area Mike. Both pilots would have heard it. Based on the interaction between pilots the fuel solenoid could have malfunction. AAIB cannot rule it out.
