Reliance Industries just posted ₹95,754 crore in annual profit. That is over $10 billion. First Indian company in history to cross that line.

I have watched Indian corporates for decades. In the 1990s, the entire Sensex combined would not have matched this number. Dhirubhai started with a yarn trading office in Masjid Bunder. Today his company earns more profit than the GDP of 40+ countries.

What makes this interesting is where the profit came from. Not just refining, which is what skeptics always reduce Reliance to. Jio Platforms alone did ₹20,060 crore EBITDA. Retail posted ₹6,921 crore in one quarter. The energy business actually dipped 8.9% because of Hormuz disruptions. Consumer businesses carried the year.

This is the Tata Steel pattern from a century ago. Start with one commodity business. Build downstream. Reinvest into the next frontier. Dhirubhai did polyester to petrochemicals. Mukesh did petrochemicals to telecom to retail to now new energy giga factories.

The $10 billion profit club globally has maybe 50 companies. India just put one in it.

Visit lenskart shops, and ask the employee names. Check the names of workers allocated for bathroom or kitchen cleaning from Urban Company.

The maid ecosystem in Gurgaon was owned by these people, which was forcibly broken down during the search for BDs, when many ran away. At that time many house owners became aware, and after that chose to keep only Hindu maids. Sometimes fake Hindu names are used to fool people and red -white bangles are worn to give a false impression of hinduness.

These people, wherever they manage to enter, build up a strong ecosystem by quickly bringing in their own. In housing complexes using this ecosystem, they make sure that very less Hindus get to work as maids, gardeners, or as housekeeping staff.

In IT firms they have created the same ecosystem and have turned it into a conversion plus sex slavery racket.

Hyderabad has lakhs of IT employees. Their workplace must be for careers, not coercion, harassment, religious targeting, exploitation or secret pressure networks.

I urge Telangana DGP for an immediate meeting with all major IT company heads, especially HR teams.
Put strict accountability in place.
No complaint should be buried.
No victim should be isolated.
No management should look away.

Many employees are already sharing incidents from offices on social media. Do not ignore these warning signals.

Company heads, HRs, Managers are requested to treat employee safety and dignity as a top priority, encourage open reporting, and address every concern with seriousness and fairness.
