At Mumbai airport T1. First guy at counter denied to accept the bag(carrying medicine for senior citizen) for check in then agreed to accept with rider that if get damaged it will be your responsibility.
Argument continued and he called this gentleman(?) and he refused to accept bag saying it’s not under policy. Can @IndiGo6E explain the policy or simply harassing passengers. I am not mentioning rude behavior of staff, that is ok as everyone is frustrated with odd time jobs.
