HUGE NEWS!
Today, we’re incredibly excited to launch the Rebolt CRM.
After 20 months of helping service businesses grow their digital presence, we kept seeing the same thing:
Their CRMs sucked.
They were bloated, confusing to navigate, and packed with upsells.
Most owners were duct-taping together multiple tools just to run their business.
So we built something better.
Rebolt is a simple, AI-powered CRM built specifically for service businesses.
From the first lead to the final payment — everything in one place:
- Lead tracking (marketing kit)
- Quotes customers approve from their phone
- Job management
- Scheduling for crews
- Invoicing + payments
- Rebolt Catch-Up — open the app and see exactly what needs attention
No more juggling tools.
We’re on a mission to build the first CRM that works FOR pros, and NOT them working for IT.

residential service work = cash flow, reliability, scalable systems. most owners don't realize how important this is until the PE groups coming knocking to acquire
Want better cash flow? Start residential.
👉 Same-day payments, recurring jobs, scalable systems.
That foundation later unlocked $70K+ commercial contracts for Johnny and Sergio.
🍩 From donuts to millions.
In just 5 years, Johnny & Sergio went from their first “payment” — a box of donuts — to running a multi-million dollar home service portfolio.
👉 But make no mistake: it wasn’t overnight. It was years of grind, failure, and persistence.
the world's best products aren't just powerful, they're simple...
"Fred Davis showed that people adopt a technology if they perceive it as useful and easy to use. These two dimensions - perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) - are still the strongest predictors of user acceptance"
especially relevant in SMB AI/SaaS, meet your ICP where they're at!
Met a lawn care business w/ 1k+ reviews, ungodly amounts of interest from Private Equity, running 60+ trucks, been around for over 20 years (family owned).
The owner explained how they use satellite imagery to measure yard sizes, auto-generate monthly quotes, print personalized flyers, and deliver them directly to doorsteps. Homeowners can then go online, pay, and get service the very next day—no human interaction required. Primarily has grown through this channel.
The level of sophistication often amazes me in SMB, even from the older owners—he was 70.
Incredible!
The biggest problem I see in home services marketing—asymmetric information.
Owners are often fooled by these "snake oil" salesmen who are offering egregious services like "500 backlinks/month"
I encourage every SMB owner to take time, and research. Talk with people you trust who actually understand the space.
Don't just listen to the guy who says he'll get you to the top of Google in 2 days—it just won't happen.
At @getrebolt, I can proudly say that we genuinely offer the BEST possible website that one could have for a services business. Everything out of the box, entirely optimized for SEO, in a matter of MINUTES, instead of weeks.
Come give us a look.
And shoutout to my guy @BryanShankman for the clip! For your AI CSR needs, use @leadtruffle.
Most home service businesses are wasting money on websites that don't actually move the needle.
Owners don’t know what they don’t know when it comes to SEO - and “snake oil” solutions are everywhere.
Local SEO isn’t just another box to check. It’s the make-or-break factor for landscapers, HVAC, plumbers, and anyone who wants to win their local market.
We talked with @Arw1nn , COO and co-founder of @getrebolt at the @lawnlandscape tech conference about what really goes into an effective online presence for home services - and why your website is probably missing the mark.
"What's the highest priority today?"
I ask myself this question every morning, write a list, and chip away at those tasks.
I can't tell you how incredibly effective this can be, especially when you pair it with high-levels of focus.
Can be difficult at times with calls, travel, etc. but if you can cut through the noise, and stay consistent—there's quite literally nothing you can't do.
Spent Wed-Fri at the Lawn and Landscape Technology Conference. Incredible time.
Most common question I got?
"How do I adapt my online presence for ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc?"
Didn't surprise me. SMB owners know that if they don't adapt—they will fall behind.
Generative engines like ChatGPT aren’t deterministic (e.g. no answer is the same)— and there’s no one “hack” to rank #1. But there is a pattern: they reward relevance and quality.
You can’t control relevance (i.e. what the user’s searching for).
But what you can control is "quality" — this fundamentally means
- Run a solid business and provide great service
- Have a strong Google Business Profile
- Make sure it has consistent reviews (and a high number of reviews), early signs are showing that GBPs are weighed heavily
- SEO-optimized website
- Frequent social media posts
Don't over-engineer it. Do the fundamentals correct for your digital presence, and the generative engines will reward you.
