Imagine your young husband is assassinated. Eventually, you and your young children will see the footage of it if not already. Additionally, you will all see the mass public celebration and mockery that occurred immediately afterward, if not already.

Now, you’re navigating your first holiday season as a widow with two young children. Every activity and tradition you’re trying to do with your kids carries the asterisk of their father’s, and your husband’s, absence. But you cannot show that, because you want it to be a season of joy and warmth for your kids. To the extend that it can be. You now have to lead them because your husband and their father was stolen by a leftist.

Now imagine that instead of recognizing that and supporting you against that Left, so many who claim to be on your side, and who benefitted from the work that your husband died doing, are now for their own entertainment accusing you of somehow being responsible for your husband’s assassination. Accusing your close friends, even family, generally people still around who can perhaps understand what you’re going through since they were also close to Charlie — they’re caught up in the accusations too.

All of this is going on at once in your life. Worse, it is extremely popular because ultimately it operates within the dominant societal left-wing permission structure (which says that you can celebrate Charlie’s death if you want, but you AT LEAST cannot acknowledge that a leftist did it thereby perhaps declaring war on the Left) and so is able to flood all platforms and confuse people who otherwise maybe would’ve finally understood the problem that your husband died trying so desperately to make them understand.

As I said weeks ago, pray for the Kirk family this Christmas, and pray for God to deliver exact justice to anyone who participates in this wickedness at any scale. It is the most evil thing I’ve ever seen.
