I'm disappointed about the decision from the BGH regarding the #Cyberbunker trial.

The responsibility of the people involved is debatable, but it is clear that mistakes were made in the trial, and it is a shame that this is ignored and a fair sentence is therefore not achieved.

@glob3x Nun, die Verantwortung einfach auf den Nutzer abzuwelzen finde ich aber auch nicht richtig.

Müssen jetzt Tools gebaut werden um Nutzer vor Webseiten zu schützen die sich nicht an grundlegende Regeln des Datenschutz halten?
Das widerspricht jeglichem rechtsempfinden das ich habe.
