Zama Flow Explained

Where is the problem?

Blockchain is transparent but this transparency is a big risk. Transactions are open in the mempool
Balance, price, strategy are all exposed.

How does Zama Flow work?

- Zama Flow is actually the execution pipeline of FHEVM where each step keeps the data encrypted but makes it usable.
- Sequencers → Order transactions like a sealed envelope.
- Coprocessors → Perform computation on ciphertext off chain but securely
- MPC Key Management → Threshold decryption using Nitro enclaves

Result: Smart contract logic remains confidential but performance and Ethereum compatibility are maintained.

Flow outcome :

- Private DeFi → Trading, transactions are all secret
- Private Payroll → Salary and payments are confidential
- Encrypted dApps → User data is not leaked

Why is it important?

- Zama Flow means privacy by default.
- Devs → Write Solidity handle encryption Zama
- Users → Can use secure confidential apps
- Ecosystem → Increases trust and freedom in Web3.
