So either the assistance person of the people at the counter at the lounge or someone near the counter are doing this.
And we know that it must be at the airport as that card has not been used anywhere else in the last 2 months.

Someone is trying to defraud vulnerable passengers at Heathrow by capturing their card details and doing unauthorised transactions while they are on a flight with no internet access.

@UberUKI_Support Yes, a link to the support system that I have been complaining about. 15 hours after my original complaint on that support system and I have not had a single reply.
Perfectly valid support system and escalation process!
@Uber Imagine visiting a country where uber is the only safe mode of transportation and uber sends you an email saying suspicious activity detected, and then blocks you from logging in. They force you to only use email for support and never reply. Your holiday is wasted or worse!
@Ufone At this point, after 2 weeks and 5 different complaint numbers, I don't think Ufone will ever solve my problem.
All they can do is send me an SMS saying your complaint has been resolved, without actually doing anything π
@Ufone I hope this wouldn't result in another complaint number being generated and yet again another SMS saying your complaint is resolved without actually resolving it.
@MuhammadAsfand2 I still have mixed feelings about this. On one hand I love the fact that i dont have to commute on the other hand I hate the fact I dont go outside until the day has ended. π
