The neck pickup has a small chip on the edge, there’s a visible mark on the neck and the underside of the body has scratches. The overall condition feels more like an opened or previously handled unit. This is disappointing.

Don't know which door to knock. BBA fee charged is exorbitantly high. On top of that, zero output. Cost of industrial visit charged without any such activity. Even the results have not been declared for the last two semesters.
